HOW OUR SHEEP WOOL FABRIC IS MADE
Our sliver knit process preserves wool's natural softness, breathability, loft, and durability for lasting comfort and care.

Knitting the Wool
Pure sheep wool is knitted into tubes, then opened into flat sheets for different fabric weights.

Inspection & Repair
Each panel is carefully inspected. Any small imperfections are mended by hand to ensure durability and long-lasting comfort.

Cropping
We trim the wool pile to a precise height. This defines the texture — plush and cozy or smooth and breathable — depending on its purpose.

Tumbling
Selected wool fabric is tumbled for extra softness, loft, and a gentle, cloud-like Sherpa-style surface finish.

Stenting & Waterproofing
The fabric is stretched and stabilized (stented) while we apply a breathable acrylic compound.

This bed although small for our dog has been amazing for her and us. Our dog has severe skin issues and she can be quite smelly. The sheep skin allows her skin to breath so she has had zero rashes, almost no smell on her or the bed. Bye bye synthetics that trap all the nastiness!
100% recommend, especially if your dog has health issues.
We will definitely be buying one for every room, in a bigger size.
