Shipping & Return Policy

COST

We ship worldwide with Canada Post using Expedited delivery (where available).  A flat rate of $19.95 CAD per item is charged to each order.  Orders placed for heavier/larger items being shipped in Canada or being shipped outside Canada/North America usually require additional shipping fees.  Some worldwide locations are not eligible for expedited delivery.  Either way, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm shipping costs before processing your payment. 

*Insoles are shipped in Canada via Canada Post Lettermail, and are free of charge.  Tracking numbers are not available.*



DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours (we will contact you should we require more time or should we require more specific order details).  Delivery within Canada is usually 1-15 business days.  Delivery to the USA is usually 5-10 business days, possibly longer if Customs has questions.  Delivery outside North America may take approximately 8-12 weeks, unless the customer chooses to pay for faster shipping and/or a different shipper.  Some worldwide locations are not eligible for expedited delivery.  Either way, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm shipping costs before processing your payment.



TRACKING

Using Expedited delivery you will be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  The tracking details are sent via a separate email from Canada Post.  If you do not receive the tracking email, please let us know and we will be more than happy to give you the information.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Most items purchased online can be returned for a full refund within 30 days (please see exceptions below), with the exception of shipping costs (non-refundable). Returned products must be unused and in original packaging, unless defective.  After 30 days, no returned products will be credited.  All products should be in their original, unused condition.  Before returning the product, please send an email including your order number, the order date, and reasons for return. 

For International or US returns, please ship via postal service only. Thank you!

EXCEPTIONS: We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom fit/made orders. We will work with you until your custom order fits perfectly!



IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

In-store purchases are non-refundable. We are more than happy to exchange your purchase for something else, or issue a gift certificate.
