Shipping policy

COST

We ship worldwide with UPS using Expedited delivery (where available).  For some items a flat rate of $19.95 CAD ($29.95 for heavier/larger items) per item is charged to each order.  Orders placed for heavier/larger items being shipped in Canada or being shipped outside Canada/North America usually require additional shipping fees. For other items the shipping cost is calculated automatically using shipping cost information from UPS. Some worldwide locations are not eligible for expedited delivery. If you think the shipping is being calculated incorrectly please contact us and we will work with you to rectify it.

*International orders may result in customs charges at the time of delivery. Please be aware of your country's customs laws that may incur extra charges to you.

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 48-72 hours (we will contact you should we require more time or should we require more specific order details).  Delivery within Canada is usually 1-15 business days.  Delivery to the USA is usually 5-10 business days, possibly longer if Customs has questions.  Delivery outside North America may take approximately 8-12 weeks, unless the customer chooses to pay for faster shipping and/or a different shipper.  Some worldwide locations are not eligible for expedited delivery.  Either way, we will contact you via email or phone to confirm shipping costs before processing your payment.

TRACKING

Using Expedited delivery you will be provided a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  The tracking details are sent via a separate email from UPS or Purolator.  If you do not receive the tracking email, please let us know and we will be more than happy to give you the information.

*Insoles are shipped in Canada via Purolator; therefore, tracking numbers are not available.*
