Wool & Hemp Shoe & Boot Insoles

Warm in Winter • Cool in Summer • Moisture‑Absorbing • Naturally Antimicrobial

Warm, dry feet are happy feet. Our Wool & Hemp Insoles are handcrafted in Duncan, BC, using a soft hemp lining secured to sheep wool fabric with eco‑friendly adhesive. The result is a luxuriously plush, breathable insole that fits snugly into any footwear and provides year‑round comfort.

Wool’s natural loft cushions the foot, absorbs moisture, regulates temperature, and resists bacteria, mold, and fungus, keeping your feet fresh, dry, and supported all day long.

Choose from four wool densities to match your footwear and comfort needs.

Why Wool & Hemp Insoles Feel So Good

Superior Moisture Absorption

Wool absorbs 30–40% of its weight in moisture, keeping your feet dry even in demanding conditions.

Naturally Antimicrobial

Wool and hemp both resist bacteria, mold, and fungus, helping prevent odor and irritation.

Temperature Regulation

Warm in winter, cool in summer, wool maintains a balanced microclimate around your feet.

Soft, Plush Cushioning

The wool pile provides gentle support and pressure relief, ideal for long days on your feet.

Eco‑Friendly Construction

Made with natural fibres and environmentally conscious adhesives.

Available in Four Wool Thicknesses / Densities

350 g

For uniform work shoes and fitted boots.

700 g

For gumboots and most work boots.

850 g

For cold‑climate work boots and snow boots that are wider.

950 g

The ultimate in comfort, ideal for health needs, sensitive feet, and maximum cushioning such as bone spurs or if you have lost the cushion under your feet. You will need extra room in your footwear for this thickness of wool pile.

100% Natural

Wool is a completely natural fiber, produced year-round by over 68 million sheep in Australia. These sheep thrive on a simple diet of grass, water, fresh air, and sunshine.

Biodegradable

Once wool fibers are discarded, they naturally break down in soil within a few years, gradually returning beneficial nutrients to the ground.

Naturally Breathable

Merino wool is highly breathable, with fibers that can absorb significant amounts of moisture vapor and release it into the air through evaporation.

Wrinkle Resistant

On a microscopic scale, each Merino wool fiber acts like a tiny spring, bouncing back to its original shape after being bent. This natural elasticity helps Merino garments resist wrinkling.

100% Renewable

Australian sheep grow a new fleece annually, making wool a fully renewable natural fiber.
